Loan Officer Training: This 12-hour workshop is a comprehensive overview of the intricacies of a loan transaction (click on "Loan Officer Training" on the top of the page for course descriptions. Materials written have been researched and time tested so that you can get hands-on training. Most agents find their income increased because of the confidence they have gained from the class. $295/person (Part 1 is 6 hours) and $295/person (Part 2 is 6 hours). This course is tax deductible as professional/vocational education. You can repeat the course FREE when you bring in a friend to enroll in the same course. Principles of Real Estate LIVE: a mandatory course for the salesperson and broker license. Most who have completed our live sessions attest that they have a better grasp of the concept of real estate and it has helped them pass the State exam. This course is tax deductible as professional/vocational education. The course is divided into 6 sessions with each session at 4 hours to be held on Saturdays and Weekdays.
